Even though Tien only slightly damaged Cell, it was awesome. He completely immobilized him, and the powerlevel difference was probably greater than any other significant (read: longer than five minutes) battle from the series. I would've loved to have seen Tien use that Tri-Beam on Nappa at full force in the Saiyan saga, but unfortunately Tien got his hand cut off.
